SELJAAS HOOPS
Seljaas Hoops is my platform to give back to the coaches, family, trainers, teammates, and basketball community that helped shape my journey—from Bountiful, Utah to BYU to professional basketball in Europe.
This is bigger than basketball. Through events like the Swing & Swish Golf Scramble, Seljaas Hoops helps me create more opportunities for athletes across Utah—so they can dream bigger, travel farther, and compete at higher levels.
I had people who believed in me, showed up for me, and helped open doors when it mattered most. Now, I want to do the same for the next generation. Every donation helps turn that support into real opportunity for athletes who are ready to work, grow, and chase something bigger.

If you know me, you know the look: mullet, mustache, short shorts, and plenty of personality. With Seljaas Hoops, I keep the mission clear and meaningful, but never stiff. My goal is to make a real difference while keeping the energy fun, welcoming, and unmistakably Zac.

I’m a professional basketball player from Bountiful, Utah. After developing through Utah’s competitive basketball scene, I played at BYU and went on to continue my career professionally in Europe.
Along the way, I learned what every athlete eventually realizes: talent matters, but community matters too.
I attribute my success to the coaches who challenged me, the trainers who pushed me, the teammates who competed with me, the family members who supported me, and the basketball community that kept showing up.
I created Seljaas Hoops to turn that gratitude into opportunity. The mission is simple: to help other athletes have the same—or even better—opportunities than I had.
